| At the senior level, one has to take decisions on what needs to be done. Although the activity is technical, the decision is driven ultimately by a business need. I always wanted to understand business and I knew this was an opportunity which would give me a chance to do that. The Post Graduate Certificate Program in Management offered by IIM Indore at NIIT Imperia is of a broader nature which covers all the basic modules in management and suited my requirements. The reason why I chose this program inspite of being eligible for the senior program was to get the business fundamentals right. The faculty and teaching methodology were excellent. The case studies are of the highest standard, as they are taken from Harvard Business Review and other reputed journals or are cases published by the Professors themselves elsewhere or have been prepared especially for this course. Additionally, after completing the program one gets a certificate from the IIMs without taking a break from work. |

| So when I came across the Senior Management Program offered by IIM Calcutta at NIIT Imperia, it seemed like the perfect thing to do as the classes were held on weekends and the course content was very good. The course content was very relevant to my business since being an entrepreneur I have to look into the financial aspects as well as strategic planning, accounts, operations among several other things. I was slightly apprehensive before joining about whether I will be able to study and take exams. But it just so happens that when you study with other students, you realize you are in the same boat and you get the strength to do it. The class, professors and NIIT team were very helpful. There is the facility to take the make up exams and you can come back for the recorded video sessions in case you are not able to attend the class. We, because our extensive work timings, cannot always do justice to the course but these flexibilities allow you to do the course at your own pace and time.
